Baptism Class
Join us downstairs at the church building as we teach on the joy, significance, and necessity of baptism for the Christian life. All who are interested in pursuing baptism are welcome. This is also a great opportunity for young people and their parents to find out more about what baptism looks like at Emmaus.
For questions, email kyle.mciver@emmauswbl.com.

Wednesday Night: Christian Education
Join us for a time of Christian Education and learning. Our fall and spring terms are eight weeks in length (each) for a total of sixteen weeks. The 2026 fall semester runs from September 30th through November 18th.
How it works: We offer a children’s class downstairs, where they will learn and sing hymns, engage with the Bible, and work with handicrafts.
Upstairs, we will offer two studies:
1) An open bible study through 1-3 John and Jude, led by Pastor Josh.
2) A discussion group led by Pastor Kyle reading through Habits of Grace by David Mathis.
Note, we are not offering formal nursery this year for ages 3 and below.
Time: From 6–6:10pm, we sing together and pray together in the sanctuary. We then shift to our age specific groups from 6:10–7:15pm.
For any questions, please reach out to Kyle at kyle.mciver@emmauswbl.com.

Friday Morning Prayer
Join us every Friday morning for a corporate prayer service. We will read Scripture and pray for one another and for the world around us.
Wednesday at the Park
Throughout the summer, we will be gathering at West Park in White Bear Lake to enjoy a time of fellowship and recreation together. Bring a picnic dinner for yourself and your family. We’ll be at the pavilion between 5:30pm–8pm. Come when you are able!
NOTE: In the case of inclement weather, we will not generally cancel the park gathering, but we will leave attendance to your discretion. As you might expect, stormy nights have low to zero attendance, but there is generally a small crew on nights with light or spotty rain.
